In case it will be the client to cancel his booking:

Cancellation within 30 days prior booked date: 50%, which is the deposit paid in advance;

Cancellation from 30 to 10 days prior booked date: 80% of the total amount;

Cancellation within 10 days prior to the booked date: 100% of the total amount.

In case it will be the captain to cancel the reservation made

you will have the right of the full refund.

Weather conditions

In case of bad weather in multi-day bookings (weekends and weeks) it is not possible to postpone the reservation. The boat and the crew are available for the duration of the stay, for the overnight stay, regardless of the weather forecast.

For the daily tour bookings, in case it won’t be possible to sail due to sea storms or heavy rains, the captain may decide to postpone the exit to another date to be agreed with the client, depending on the availability of the boat. Alternatively, you can receive a voucher for the value of the entire amount, valid for one year, which can also be used separately for a large group.
